Este trabalho interdisciplinar \u00e9 fruto da parceria entre a 14\u00aa turma de Gastronomia e alunos da <strong>Escola de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e Estrat\u00e9gias Digitais da Unoeste.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma das supervisoras do trabalho, a professora e jornalista <strong>Thaisa Bacco<\/strong> explica que a proposta do Luz, c\u00e2mera e coc\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 utilizar o v\u00eddeo como media\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica. \u201cO video \u00e9 algo que vai fomentar a aprendizagem e o ensino de t\u00e9cnicas gastron\u00f4micas, por meio de uma teoria que chamamos de Educomunica\u00e7\u00e3o, uso de tecnologias nos processos de ensino e aprendizagem\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, Thaisa destaca tamb\u00e9m a import\u00e2ncia da troca de saberes entre as \u00e1reas. Segundo ela, os alunos de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o se aprofundam em audiovisual e aprendem t\u00e9cnicas gastron\u00f4micas, assim como os alunos de Gastronomia se aperfei\u00e7oam mais em seus trabalhos e conhecem tamb\u00e9m os processos do audiovisual. \u201cMostra que quando a gente trabalha com disciplinas diferentes, mas com um objetivo em comum, todo mundo aprende, todo mundo ganha\u201d, avalia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma das alunas de Gastronomia que participou do projeto, <strong>Sirlei Souza<\/strong>, resume o resultado para si em uma \u00fanica palavra: \u201cGratificante\u201d. \u201cAprendi a conversar com as c\u00e2meras. Como lidar com elas, como organizar, o quanto \u00e9 dif\u00edcil e trabalhoso e todas as etapas necess\u00e1rias para ter algo de qualidade\u201d, conta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Carlos Migotto<\/strong> foi um dos alunos de Jornalismo envolvidos no projeto. Para ele, um aprende o processo do outro e isso contribui para o desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal de cada um, o que ir\u00e1 refletir bastante no mercado, j\u00e1 que ter\u00e1 que trabalhar com \/><\/figure><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Al\u00e9m da t\u00e9cnica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A coordenadora dos cursos de Gastronomia, chef <strong>Mariane Sato<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9m supervisionou o projeto ao lado de Thaisa. Ela conta que j\u00e1 conhecia o trabalho e admirava muito, mas agora pode estar mais pr\u00f3xima, acompanhar cada etapa e se apaixonar ainda mais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m de beneficiar os alunos de ambas as \u00e1reas, Mariane percebe tamb\u00e9m o retorno que eles conseguiram para o p\u00fablico. \u201cN\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 em prol dos nossos alunos. \u00c9 conseguir usar o audiovisual como ferramenta de educa\u00e7\u00e3o e aproximar a gastronomia profissional de uma linguagem mais acess\u00edvel, mais t\u00e9cnicas. A ideia n\u00e3o \u00e9 trazer apenas receitas, mas sim conhecimento\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foram tr\u00eas docentes e 11 estudantes para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto que come\u00e7ou em agosto. Sato explica que pode parecer muito tempo, mas se trata de um trabalho de alt\u00edssima qualidade. As reuni\u00f5es com a equipe eram semanais e ela faz quest\u00e3o de enfatizar que todas as decis\u00f5es eram tomadas em conjunto, considerando a opini\u00e3o e o que fosse fazer os alunos se hospedadas no canal do YouTube: TV Escola Unoeste. Houve uma pausa devido \u00e0 pandemia pela Covid-19 e retorna agora com mais quatro epis\u00f3dios, que foram as apresentados em uma cerim\u00f4nia fechada para convidados.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>O evento aconteceu no Sal\u00e3o de Vidro, no t\u00e9rreo 1, bloco B3, Campus II, e foi organizado pelos pr\u00f3prios alunos de Gastronomia na disciplina de Projeto Integrador &#8211; Opera\u00e7\u00e3o de eventos, lecionada pela chef <strong>Catarine Menezes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ela explica que o objetivo de sua mat\u00e9ria \u00e9 unir tudo aquilo que eles j\u00e1 aprenderam durante o curso e ir um pouco mais al\u00e9m, sair um pouco do \u00e2mbito de cozinha para desenvolver outras habilidades que fazem parte de um evento.
